Ygrene Energy Fund is a national leader in residential and commercial clean energy financing.
Founded in 2010, Ygrene’s award-winning, privately funded Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program is revolutionizing the home improvement industry, making it easier for property owners to invest in their futures and a healthier environment.
Ygrene is delivering greater choice for home and business owners by providing accessible and affordable financing for energy efficiency, renewable, water conservation, storm protection and seismic upgrades.

Florida/Missouri: Award-winning Ygrene offers no money down property assessed clean energy (PACE) financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy home improvements, conveniently repaid with your property taxes.1 A smart alternative to credit-based financing, eligibility is based on the available equity in your home—not on your FICO score. Depending on where your property is located and the type of improvement you’re making, flexible repayment terms from 5 up to 20 years are available.
Ygrene Energy Fund’s award winning YgreneWorksTM program provides 100% no money down PACE financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy and hurricane protection improvements for your home or business.
Hundreds of eligible improvements qualify, including installation costs. Install those impact windows you’ve always wanted. Replace your roof and air conditioning system. Improve your home with solar panels, a new water heater and insulation. Visit ygreneworks.com/improvements for a list of PACE-eligible improvements.
YgreneWorks PACE financing payments are added to and repaid with your property taxes, a process approved under Florida State Statue 163.08 and secured by a continuing lien on the property.
After your project is funded, you will receive a final closing statement from Ygrene. If you want to escrow your PACE financing payments through your mortgage escrow account, send the final closing statement to your lender or servicer and ask them about increasing the reserves in your existing escrow account (or set up a new account) based on your estimated annual special assessment amount.
